The coding/inspection machine uses a Japanese Kosei system that can work with 6 sets of nozzles simultaneously, providing clear, stable, and efficient coding effects. This machine is equipped with a detection system and probe inspection. It can code: 1. QR codes 2. Invisible codes 3. UV anti-counterfeiting codes 4. Mobile white codes (different positions for each bag) Each bag has its own unique code, making it an identifiable bag, and each bag can be traced.
Automatic Viscosity Controller
1. Each printing machine is equipped with an automatic ink viscosity control instrument, which monitors the ink viscosity automatically and in real-time; 2. Ensures effective circulation of the ink, uniform stirring, and stable ink viscosity; 3. Stable ink viscosity can effectively reduce printing defects.
The plate storage area manages the printing plates using digital management. Each set of plates has its designated position recorded in the ERP system, making it easier to locate the plates. Dedicated personnel regularly maintain and service the plates to extend their lifespan.

After the raw material film passes the inspection by the quality inspector according to the quality standard manual, it is entered into the ERP system to generate a QR code, which is then labeled with a number and placed in the qualified area to prevent defective materials from being used in production. This truly implements roll-based material requisition, where each roll of material has its own identity card, facilitating control from the raw material stage and making it easy to trace the entire production process. The material requisitioner can directly enter the printing workshop by scanning the requisition.
The archive is managed digitally and integrated into the ERP system, with complete numbering for easy retrieval and storage. The product confirmation document includes comprehensive process parameters and material characteristics for each production step, facilitating order tracing; the technical department's process specialists organize and archive the document bags.
